Reflection	All of students understand the concept of oxidation number in redox reaction. They can explain how it relates with the increasing or decreasing of oxidation number. Reflection	This subtopic is quite difficult for students. They have no problem in the beginning. They are able to define the electrolysis and electrolytic cell. But they got confuse when come to the process of broken the substances into its constituent elements. Teacher shows and explains several examples many times with help of diagram to make sure all of them get the knowledge well. Students always make mistake when choosing the ion goes to both terminal. Teacher gives several exercises to make them mastery this subtopic. Three of the students need guidance by teacher each time they do the exercises.
