Reflection | Teacher discusses with students to identify their weaknesses based on the result. Teacher discovers that most of them do not really prepare and do enough revision for the topic involved. They also do not remember the formula even teacher scold them many times about the formula. This means students do not serious about the test. Teacher punishes them by giving a lot of exercises for them to do during holiday. Hopefully, this punishment will help them to realize the important of continuous evaluation especially test and exam. |
