Reflection Only 5 of the students ask teacher to repeat again about the physical properties of Group 1 elements. After explanation by teacher they understand better. By comparing the physical properties of Group 1 elements with Group 18 elements, students get better understanding and can differentiate the physical properties of Group 1 and Group 18 elements.

Reflection Only one of the students did not understand well about today's lesson because she get confuse with other Groups. After several explanation with the help of diagram, she understand better and can explain the trend of physical properties of Group 17 elements. The rest of them can explain the physical and chemical properties during exercises time.

Reflection During explanation all of students understand about the chemical properties of Group 1 element. However, during exercises time they cannot apply the knowledge very well. This is because they do not really master this lesson. Teacher has to guide them during answering questions.

Reflection 10 of the students do not really understand the chemical properties of ethanoic acid. This is because they think the reaction is too complicated instead of only remembering the reactant and also the product. They get confuse about the ionises partially of the ethanoic acid before react with metal and bases. Teacher should reinforce them to give better understanding.
