Reflection

Today's objectives are achieved. At first students get confuse, about 10 of them do not understand the process of extraction of metal from its ore and also electrolysis. Teacher repeats the explanation several times with help of mind mapping to help them understand better. Finally all of them understand well and able to explain the process of extraction for several metals and the process of electrolysis which ask by teacher.

Pelajar menyambung kerja sepertimana yang diberikan semasa pembelajaran yang lepas. Guru menyemak kerja pelajar dan mendapati tiada seorang pun yang dapat menjawab latihan tatabahasa dengan memberi jawapan yang betul semuanya. Guru berbincang bersama pelajar tentang jawapan yang betul dan mengenalpasti kelemahan mereka. Guru meminta pelajar membuat pembetulan supaya mereka mengetahui jawapan yang betul.

Reflection

At first, about 20 of the students do not understand this lesson because they already forget the concepts of redox reaction. Teacher has to revise the lesson before proceed with mechanism of rusting. After all of them able to revise their prior knowledge, only then teacher continues with the lesson. This topic quite interesting to them because it relate with their daily life experiences. Students ask lots of question regarding this topic. Today's objectives are achieved. All of students are able to explain the process of rusting in terms of redox reaction. They also able to state the relationship of either more electropositive or least electropositive metal with the process of rusting.

Since students understand well the previous lesson, it is easy for today's lesson. They apply the concepts of electrolysis learn previously into this lesson. Students able to explain the process of extraction, purification and electroplating accurately together with the statement of equation involved. Today's objective is achieved.

Today's lesson is discussing about deduction and induction. About 10 of the students understand very well this topic. They give a good respond during the lesson. The rest of them still blur and do not show interest towards the lesson.

Terdapat seorang sahaja pelajar yang berjaya menjawab semua soalan dengan memilih perkataan yang sesuai. Kebanyakan daripada pelajar yang lain hampir memberi jawapan yang salah kesemuanya. Guru mendapati 4 orang daripada mereka meniru jawapan kawan tanpa berfikir tentang jawapan yang sesuai. Guru berbincang tentang latihan tersebut dan mengarah pelajar untuk membuat pembetulan.
