Reflection | Today's objectives are achieved. All of students are able to give correct names of ester when teacher shows structural formula. At first, about 15 of the students get confuse how to gives names and draw the structural formula of reactant and also product for esterification process. Teacher explains and shows several examples to get them understand better. Finally students understand well and can give correct answers for drawing and naming of the compound. Students also are able to describe uses of ester based on their daily life experiences. |

Reflection | In the beginning, all of students are very blur and do not understand what have been explained by teacher since it is the first time they learn about this. Teacher helps them by explain several times and give examples especially calculation part. Then only 25 of the students understand well and can do the exercises. Another 4 students are very weak and teacher discuss with them in a group. Teacher shows the calculations slowly to get them understand better. Finally all of students are able to complete the exercise correctly. |
